1. Evaluation access. Your account is provisioned on the Evaluation Tier with 250 complimentary Computing Credits for the sole purpose of technically evaluating the mix3D.ai simulation-generation workflow.
2. Acceptable use. You will only upload content you own or are authorized to use, and will not submit unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing material. All inputs are evaluated against enterprise safety guardrails.
3. Content & privacy. Under Ai Augmentation, uploaded videos and documents are deleted immediately after your written steps are read. Under Full Ai Generation, inputs are processed by verified LLMs to generate your simulation.
4. Computing Credits. Credits are complimentary, non-transferable, hold no cash value, and are consumed per operation. Beyond the Evaluation Tier, credits are provisioned exclusively via corporate Purchase Orders.
5. Enterprise platform. mix3D.ai is Enterprise Simulation Infrastructure. Online self-serve card payments are not available. Continued use is subject to your organization's agreement with mix3D.ai.
