Once the user has downloaded the latest copy of MIX3D Studio or Streamer, and made
payments for one of our Paid Subscriptions, or Purchased Content on our Streamer,
does the refund policy apply. Trial and non-paid MIX3D Studio and Free Content
available on MIX3D Streamer are exempt from this policy.
Refund of Subscription fees:
You can cancel your subscription to MIX3D Studio anytime by using your Admin
Panel –
Manage Subscriptions settings. If you have purchased a Monthly Plan, your
account
will not be charged post cancellation. All services until the period of
subscription
paid will be active. We will not renew your subscription account automatically.
There will be no refund of subscription fees once collected.
Refund of Content Renting:
Content rented on MIX3D Streamer is available from the time of renting to the time
of
your choosing. The payment made for the Content to rent is non-refundable.
Refund of Channel Subscriptions:
Once you subscribe to a channel on MIX3D Streamer, you will retain your
subscription for the duration paid for. Your subscription will not be auto renewed.
The
payment made for the channel subscription is non-refundable.
No refund for purchases made using Coupons.
Coupons once applied at the time of check-out forfeits the user / consumer’s right
to
a refund.
